It is a special art to combine the traditional Tyrolean culinary culture and the modern world cuisine to healthy indulgences.

This requires top chefs and excellent ingredients. We use for our award-winning restaurant products from the region such as lamb, venison or veal.

For several years, we also offer Black Angus on from our own breeding.

Of course, international products should not be missing, which are served with a lot of feeling, without mixing too many flavors and prepared and simple, yet served effectively. We want our selected ingridients
to be harmonious, genuine and yet sophisticated to reach the palates of our restaurant guests.

We at the Lanersbacher Hof gourmet hotel listen carefully to our guests’ requests and over the years we have geared everything we offer towards them. One extremely important aspect of a really enjoyable holiday, besides wellness, sport and outdoor recreation, is of course outstanding food and drinks. The award-winning cuisine at the Lanersbacher Hof gourmet hotel offers totally unique creations from Tyrol and all over the world°– for impeccable taste and holistic healthy eating. Bar and wine cellar

Round off the day in comfort at the Lanersbacher Hof gourmet hotel . Sit together over a good glass of wine, have a chat, take time to listen. Recharge your batteries, chill out and relax and simply enjoy. We will be happy to serve you cocktails, fine wines, a cool tapped beer or also plenty of soft drinks at our cosy bar. We store more than 400 different, lovingly selected wines in our wine cellar.

A fine drop for special moments

The Lanersbacher Hof’s winery offers a selection of more than 400 wines with the main focus on Austria. From light, simple young wines from the best wine-growing areas to heavy, deep reds. And also excellent vintage wines, large bottles or a respectable selection of half-bottles are just waiting to be opened – we currently store more than 15,000 bottles in our cellar. Our sommelier serves fantastic wines from our range with great expertise and a real feeling for them to accompany our excellent, multi award-winning menus and of course to suit our guests’ taste.

For us, wine is science, art and passion at the same time – it changes while it is being stored, the vintages are often so drastically different and the wine-growing areas change.

Simon Brugger Senior therefore visits the different wine growers every year to taste and check the vintages and varieties so that only the best wines really end up in the Lanersbacher Hof’s wine cellar and on our guests’ tables.

On request, Simon will be happy to arrange a wine tasting with appropriate explanation of the selected wines for you (for a fee).

Our gourmet hotel in Tux has been awarded one toque by the Gault Millau gourmet guide. It’s not just by chance, as we pay particular attention to harmonious creativity in our gourmet and healthy eating cuisine: each dish is a special culinary creation, which is artistically prepared and served delighting the soul as much as the taste buds. Naturally we also pay attention to top quality local products, such as milk and cheese from our cows that produce hay milk, or meat where we know exactly where it comes from. Authenticity, transparency and regionalism guarantee you a very special kind of culinary delight – that’s excellent Tyrolean cuisine peppered with international creations at the Lanersbacher Hof gourmet hotel.

Our cooking courses – transform your own taste into personal dishes

During the Lanersbacher Hof cooking courses, which have been popular for years, you are introduced to many tips and tricks for how to prepare special treats. Maria and Toni show you how to cook real Tyrolean. The culmination of the cooking course is a meal together where the main philosophy is also: your stay at the Lanersbacher Hof – indulgence for all the senses!
