- The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival.

What type of mattresses are in the rooms?
All rooms are equipped with high-quality mattresses. Depending on the room category, rooms feature either double beds (180x200 cm) or box spring beds (200x210 cm).
Are anti-allergy pillows or non-feather bedding available?
Yes, upon request we are happy to provide anti-allergy pillows or duvets without down in your room.
Is there a laundry service at the hotel?
Yes, we offer a laundry service for an additional charge.

What services are included in the price?
Included in the price are the three-quarter gourmet board with rich breakfast buffet, afternoon snack and 5-course gourmet choice menu in the evening, use of the wellness area with saunas, indoor pool and fitness room, Wi-Fi, guided hikes and bike tours in summer as well as snowshoe hikes in winter, and additional leisure services such as direct lift access and a ski bus stop in front of the hotel.
