What you should know

  • The prices are per person and day including ¾ gourmet board.

  • The local tax is charged separately and amounts to € 2.60 per day and person aged 15 and over.

  • Summer

    Up to the age of 2 years: free
    2 - 3 years: € 15.00
    4 years: € 30.00
    5 - 6 years: € 45.00
    7 - 9 years: 50 % discount
    10 - 15 years: 30 % discount
    16 - 17 years: 20 % discount
    Diamond suite on request. If children require their own room, the same prices apply as for adults.



  • Winter

    Under 2 years of age: € 25.00
    2 - 3 years: € 40.00
    4 years: 60 % discount
    5 - 7 years: 50 % discount
    8 - 15 years: 30 % discount

  • Only with breakfast

    Price reduction € 12.00.
    We would like to point out that we cannot guarantee a place in the dining room/restaurant in the evening when booking on a bed and breakfast basis. If half-board is booked on site, we charge € 35.00 per person per day for organisational and preparation reasons.



  • Booking as single room
    If you book a double room, apartment or suite as a single room, we charge a surcharge of 50%.

  • New Year's Eve Ball 
    Surcharge € 40.00 (from 15 years and above)

Arrival and departure

  • The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival.
  • We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am on the day of departure.
  • Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6.00 pm.
  • Fee per day without food: € 18.00
  • Dogs are not allowed in the dining room and spa area.

In the winter season we charge:

  • Cancellations and changes up to 28 days before the date of arrival: free of charge
  • Cancellations and changes within 28 - 15 days before arrival: 40 % of the total booking price
  • Cancellations and changes within 14 - 8 days before arrival: 70 % of the total booking price
  • Cancellations and changes within 7 - 1 days before arrival: 90 % of the total booking price
  • In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the total amount according to the booking.

In the summer season we charge:

  • Cancellations and changes up to 7 days before the date of arrival: free of charge
  • Cancellations and changes from 7 - 1 days before arrival: 90 % of the total booking price
  • In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the total amount according to the booking.

In case of cancellation and refund of the deposit, a € 50 processing fee will be charged
