We know the origins of everything we serve in our restaurant in Lanersbach, and everything comes with quality guaranteed. We focus on regionality, authenticity and transparency - and on people who share our philosophy.
We source succulent lamb and Black Angus beef from Franz Fankhauser Jun. from Tux, while milk and carefully selected veal come from Paul Geisler from Schöneben. The finest yoghurt is supplied by the Hintertuxer Bichlalm, spicy mountain cheese by the Junsalm.
What's more: we cook with naturally treated Grander© water. This gives our high-quality food an even finer and fresher flavour. You can also enjoy Grander© water as pure drinking water at the table. Guests paying
