Our gourmet and healthy cuisine has been awarded 2 toques by the Gault Millau gourmet guide and is known for the fact that we prepare daily culinary specialities with incomparable harmonious creativity using high-quality ingredients from the region. Each dish is served artistically by us and delights the mind as well as the taste buds.

 

Regionalism, authenticity and transparency

We focus on regionalism, authenticity and close cooperation with our long-standing partners to guarantee the best quality and unique taste sensations. These include Franz jun. Fankhauser from Tux, who provides us with the best lamb and Black Angus beef, and Paul Geisler from Schöneben, who we get the best milk and carefully selected veal from. We get regional yoghurt that is second to none from the Hintertux Bichlalm. Our tasty mountain cheese comes to us from the Jungsalm. By the way: we also cook using naturally prepared Grander© water. This gives food an even finer and fresher taste. And it is also served as pure drinking water.

Our critically acclaimed kitchen offers you the finest Tyrolean cuisine peppered with international creations from morning to night. Whether it’s the breakfast buffet or 5-course gourmet set menu – our range of culinary delicacies is diverse and will leave you speechless. You can already convince yourself of the delicacies on our daily changing menu using this example.

 

Breakfast buffet

Our large, carefully selected breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Laid with freshly squeezed juices, homemade jams, milk and cheese from our hay milk cows and yoghurt from our farmer, a real feast already awaits you at breakfast. Our chefs also prepare fresh egg dishes for each guest, which are served at your table. The buffet is rounded off with the finest cold meat specialities from recognised butchers we trust.

Sparkling wine gives special moments that certain something! Which is why every Sunday you start a perfect day on holiday with a sparkling wine breakfast.

For afternoon refreshment: our afternoon snack
Light refreshment after an active day on the mountain is of course essential. We treat you to sweet and savoury delicacies every afternoon.

The culinary enjoyment of your stay culminates in our five-course gourmet set menu, which is waiting to offer your taste buds a feast they won’t forget for a long time to come with a daily changing selection of four starters, two soups, five main courses and four desserts. You select whatever you want from the menu at your leisure in the evening.
